The tools you don't leave home without. That was the idea.
And when we started submitting our favourite hardware to have rattled around beneath seats or at the bottom of backpacks, the stories that came out were as good as the assembled tools. The allen key that did 100 miles as a clutch lever, the MTB ratchet set stolen from a cycling uncle, the trusty maglite (try holding an iphone between your teeth), the fuse you never replenished...
We love our toolkits, so we treated them to a portrait session with artist Lee John Phillips. We discovered Lee through his epic Shed Project - an illustrated inventory of the entire contents of his Grandfathers Shed... Check him out. Suffice to say he is the master of drawing tools and he most certainly did not disappoint. Thank you Lee.
